While preparing the manuscript for submission, please, follow to the rules listed below.
1. The text of the article should be in English, French, German or Russian language. The lists of key words, short summary and UDC in both original and English languages are obligatory. Two printed copies should be sent or by surface mail with the mark «To OP&PM» to the address: office 1002, 47 Nakhimovskii Ave., Moscow 117418, RF, or a scanned copy (say, *.pdf) should be sent by e-mail to the address oppm@tvp.ru and/or oppm_dom@mail.ru, in both cases the first page being equipped by author's (all coauthors) signature(s) and the date under words «To public release». The heading should include initials and last name of the author(s), title of the article, the city and the shortcut name of organization(s).
2. To speed up consideration and publication of the article in the form accepted by Editorial Board it is recommended to send the text electronically (files prepared in LATEX 2ε in accordance with the template are appreciating very much) to the address oppm@tvp.ru and/or oppm_dom@mail.ru. The name of the file should be started with first 7 letters of roman transliteration of the last name of the author (co-author) with whom the correspondence should be conducted. The texts provided in other systems than TEX, should be easily convertible to text files (except formulas). In the case of discrepancy the undersigned copy is decisive for publication.
3. The size of the article which involves separately formulated mathematical propositions (theorems, lemmas, corollaries,...) should not exceed 5000 symbols (appr. two pages printed by brevier in the journal, including figures and tables). The size of the article which does not contain such propositions, should not exceed 4000 symbols (appr. one and a half page printed by brevier in the journal, including figures and tables). The expository surveys should regularly not exceed 50000 symbols (appr. twenty four pages printed by Long Primer in the journal). Manuscripts exceeding this size are published by the special decision of Editorial Board. Restriction: no more than one article and no more than two articles written in co-authorship may be published in an issue! Such being the case, the second article should be submitted separately and the Publisher enter in License Agreement with the co-author as a first title author.
4. Texts of article are considered by Editorial Board and are published if none objection during the peer-reviewing process is met.
5. To check the typeset for correctness, first galley-proofs may be send to authors. Absence of undersigned galley-proofs in the prescribed period may result in publishing the article without corrections, changes or alterations.
